Shipping Origin: All items are shipped directly from Japan, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Duration: Shipping typically takes between 7-21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs processing times may vary and could cause additional delays.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs and customs fees are included in the listed price of each item. There will be no additional charges at checkout.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has shipped. You can monitor your package using this number.

Included in Price: All customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are covered by Tokyo Home and are included in the listed price of each item. You won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Delays: While customs processes may occasionally cause delays, all associated fees have already been paid, so you can receive your item without any unexpected costs.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items shipped from Japan cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Return Process: In the event that a return is approved (e.g., due to damage), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for items shipped from Japan. Please ensure that you select the correct item and size before completing your purchase.
