The master of Japanese modernism, Mr. Chou Daisaku, focused on the triangle and actively incorporated it into his own designs, such as the racket structure seen in his signature Persimmon Chair and the Triangle Table.

The ANDON TRIANGLE lighting series, which utilizes the technology of Gifu lanterns, a specialty of Gifu that has been produced since the Edo period, is one such example.

Gifu lanterns are handmade by skilled craftsmen using thin, high-quality Mino washi paper from the Mino region of Gifu Prefecture and bamboo grown in the rich natural environment of Gifu.

ANDON TRIANGLE is a table lamp/floor lamp with an architectural and modern wooden frame and soft light through the Mino washi paper.

The cedar wood used for the frame and the geometric form give off a neat, sophisticated, and modern impression, while the texture of the Mino Washi paper adds a natural, soft, and peaceful atmosphere - giving the lamp a unique and tranquil appearance.
